1. Driver RequirementsAll drivers must possess a valid, unendorsed driver's licence held for a minimum of 5 consecutive years. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted for the R500 refundable deposit.
2. Vehicle UsageThe vehicle is provided with a strict daily allowance of 200 km. Excess mileage will be billed at standard premium rates. The vehicle is to be driven on sealed, paved roads only. A strict no-smoking policy applies inside the cabin at all times.
3. Liability & InsuranceThe renter is liable for all traffic fines, toll fees, and damages resulting from negligent driving, including undercarriage and tyre damage due to harsh driving conditions. Standard insurance terms apply.
4. Fuel PolicyThe BMW Z4 must be returned with a full tank of premium unleaded petrol. If returned below full, an R100 refuelling surcharge will apply on top of the fuel cost.
5. Required DocumentsAll drivers must present a valid Driver's Licence, a valid ID document (or passport), Proof of Address, and proof of bank account details at collection. A separate R5,000 refundable security deposit is payable at collection in addition to the R500 booking deposit paid online, and is refunded on return of the vehicle.
6. Cape Town Region AvailabilityThe vehicle may be made available in the Cape Town region on special request, subject to a minimum rental period of four consecutive days. A R3,500 surcharge applies, and 75% of the total rental value is payable upfront.
